A Bit About Me

I'm Jessica Lemmer (she/her), Mama of two amazing boys and dedicated partner to the love of my life. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio where I spent my childhood listening to and making music. As I transitioned into adulthood, I began my HR career in 2010 and settled in beautiful Colorado. In my HR role, I have the unique opportunity to impact the organization at a strategic level, coach and develop leaders, and advocate for employee mental health. I am lucky to be able to combine my passion for human resources and community involvement to impact the employees and ultimately the citizens of our Mile High City.
